Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedTerritory Sales Manager to help expand our market presence in key US markets.

Job Description

TheTerritory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding the partner base within the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with tint shops, detailers, and auto dealerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales ideally with experience selling into the automotive aftermarket industry and auto dealerships, coupled with a deep understanding of automotive protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

Customer Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain long-term and impactful     relationships with existing partners, while identifying and acquiring new partners in the region.

Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert for our flagship brand ExoShield products (getexoshield.com), onboarding new partners and effectively     communicating product benefits and features to drive reorders and steady     account growth.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, partner needs, and competitor activities to inform and adapt sales strategies to form collaborative partner relationships and help our partners grow their ExoShield business successfully.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any  inquiries or concerns.

Marketing collaboration: Develop a close relationship with the ExoShield marketing team to provide sales and enablement tools and assist in their development of partner success resources and marketing content.

Reporting: Regularly update on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities within the territory and participate in revenue forecasting activities and goal setting.

Training & Education: Develop strong product installation skills and stay up to date on the latest installation techniques to provide installation support to partners and help them enhance their understanding and usage of  Alchemy’s products.

Travel: Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet partners, attend trade shows, and participate in relevant industry events.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the auto industry. Experience with WPF, PPF, or similar products is a bonus.

Industry Knowledge: A strong passion for the auto industry, and ideally the operations of tint shops, detailers, auto dealerships, distributors and drop-shippers.

Sales Skills: A team player who can build trust quickly, is a strong negotiator, has polished communication skills (phone, text, social media and email), interpersonal skills and the ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.  

Hands-on: Capable of learning how to install ExoShield products and using that knowledge to provide support & education to partners

Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent worker with excellent time management skills.

Technical Understanding: Familiarity with automotive protection films and their applications.

Education:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50%).

Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience + performance-based commission structure.
